1. Your offer letter, stating your job title, annual salary, and description of your job (has to be research-related).
2. A finacial statement of the company proving that the company has enough cash to support you for a number of years
For reference letter,I think it is much easier than that of NIW since you do not need to prove you are critically important to the nation as a whole. You don't need to win a national prize or medal. The only thing you have to prove is that you have made important contribution to the scientific community and your discoveries have been proved helpful to other scientist.
