Q on 485 form

On Part 3 of the I-485 form:
1. Nonimmigrant Visa #. there are two #s on my first and only visa stamp: one on the upper right, which called “control number”. Another one is on the lower right, it’s a 8 digits number in red color. Which one should I use for Nonimmigrant Visa #?

2. What the question means “Were you inspected by a US Immigrant Officer?” My understanding is this is a special inspection, not the regular one that everybody get when we enter US. So I should check “NO” on the form. Am I right?
