鬧不明白的140 approve notice

請教和我有同樣經曆的大蝦們,這是咋回事? 我concurrently file 140/485 on 2/16/05(RD), 而140 得到approve last week.但在140 approve notice 上還讓我遞485.我的lawyer said it was normal and that was the the standard approve notice.可我認為這140和485 就不是concurrent filing了.有同樣經曆的大蝦們, 當你們同時遞交140/485,而140得到先批,是否是同樣情形? 何時得到fingerprint notice?Thanks a lot.
