H1B (I140&I485 Pending)回國問

H1B， I485 pending, AP approved, working as a Research Associate at a Univeristy.

1. If go back China and come back with AP, will I lose my H1B status if I still work for my University, or I will only have I485 pending status?

2. If go back China and apply H1B visa, but not approved, is it ok to use AP to come back?

3. How to apply H1B visa in Chengdu, still can contact 中信實業銀行，預約嗎？if so, no interview is needed, right? where can I get the contact info. of 中信實業銀行?

4. Is it possible to get background checked?

5. What documents do I need to apply H1B visa;
1.Money (how much, in RMB?)
2. Passport
3. ? form for H1B visa application
4. H1B approval I797 (copy? or original?)
5. Employment verification letter
6. Pay stub
7. Bank statement?
8. Title of house?

What else?
