請問有誰知道中國公司如何在美國注冊產品商標嗎？

一家中國公司，希望在美國為自己的產品注冊商標並申請部分產品的專利。是否需要特別找律師谘詢呢還是美國有專門機構，直接找他們詢問即可？請知情的好心人指點。非常感激！
