我的485 會有問題麽？

我是H1b簽證。 申請了NIW+485, 140已經批了， 在等485。 剛得到 NIH 的一個offer,給辦H1b簽證。 聽說 NIH 不給辦 J-1 waiver, 不知道讓不讓辦綠卡，會不會變態把我的485給廢了?
