關於H1b文憑問題

我還沒有拿到PHD，先以國內碩士文憑找了一個工作，現急申請H1B，請問申請時我的國內文憑要公證嗎?這種公證有何要求?哪裏可以做這個公證? 哪位有經驗的請告知，先謝謝了！
