Is it normal?

Hi, all

My wife got her I-485 approved notice and she is asked to go to local office to do FP again. The problem is there is no email notice and the online status hasn't changed. One month ago, she got a RFE. We submitted all the material they need. Another strange thing is my I-485 is still pending. My wife is my depdent when we filed the I-485.

Is it normal? Will they stampe her passport? Thank you for your answer.
