I guess your initial FP probabaly is not good enough for FBI inspection your recording. I remember my case is when I took them and one of officers for quality control check each of them and find two are not very well and so I did again at the same time, But for you case probably when the FBI use them and find your PF quality and thus needs to do again. Take it easy and just do what they are asking.
