When you say "because the graduation date for my master degree is later than the application date of the substituted labor certification", "the application date of the substituted labor certification" 是指你開始登廣告的日子, 還是指遞交你所有材料給勞工部的日子. 我的graduation date 晚於登廣告,但早於遞交材料給勞工部的日子,是不是也會被拒? 再請問, 你是哪個中心的?多謝!祝好運!
