yes you can move but U should

not sure about the impact on the 485 processing though. Whenever you move, you need to file AR11 within 10days of the move and you need to inform the INS center that handles your 485 application in writing about your new address. Filing form AR11 doesn't automatically updates your address at the INS.

Personally, I think that unless you have a very good reason for moving, I will stay put until the 485 is approved, since any change on your application may cause potential delay in processing.
