My friend's I140 for NIW and EB-1 was approved last Oct. But unfortunately he is in China now. Hie lawyer filed I824 for him form. The processing date for I824 is Feb 15 now at Vermont center, which is almost 3 month before his application receipt date.He did not received any information yet. He can not call CIS in China. He is really worried about this. In your opion, is it possible that his I824 will be rejected becuse he is not in US. Please give me your advise. Thanks a lot.
