I am planning to show them my high qualifications that are in the national interest of the US., but it is also true that I am a post Dr. and my position are temporary. The project I am working is a Government project but I am hired through University. I am not qualified for LC. I think in this way they at least will not ask me why I need waiver LC. The LC cost time is not a good reason too because I am just in my first year of H-1.

Should I just show them my qualification better than an available American?
