I-140 summited 4/21/05, hope

every one on this forum gets good luck.
I 'm a J-1 first, got a lot of info here. People here are all very nice.
My lawyer summited my I-140 4/21/05 (RD). I'm in TSC.
Does any one do the same as me?
We can share some infomation.
My case: 2 1st author, 11 co-author, 20 citation (all from the co-author papers because I only be in the US for 3 years, the 1st author paper just accepted 2004), 10 recommandation letters.
