你可以給你丈夫file I824, 也可以file I485

因為他曾經來過美國,所以可以file I485.
而對於從來沒有來過美國的人就隻能file I824.

二者都在美國file. 需要的文件包括你和他在美國的身份,你們的結婚公證等.

既然H1還沒有過期,不renew EAD也可以.renew了也沒有壞處, 就是花點申請費, 同時萬一你現在的公司lay off你, 你可以立即用EAD找下一個工作.
