You can select Filing Type H in your I-485, indicating "concurrently filing with I-140" there and provide your I-140 case number.
I-485 filed before I-140 gets approved is for sure "concurrently filing" case. My understanding is the earlier you file the I-485 the sooner you will get your GC.
BTW, I am not sure if CSC and TSC (or VSC?) still give their priority to treat the "truly" concurrently filing cases (i.e, I-140s and I-485 are filled at the SAME TIME).
You can do that!
