I exchanged with BOA for CAD once. They'll send you a money order, which is acceptable for Canadian Consulate. I exchanged with BOA for my application fee. They charged me for about $30 processing fee for 550CAD. I'm not sure whether they'll charge more for over 2k. You can call them first. Or you can try "America express" as said by a bro above.

BTW, you can pay 落地費用 after you get the 2nd letter. It's too early to pay it at the beginning.
