H1出差到中國

我現在是H1身份，公司要我出差去中國， 那我應該怎樣回來呢，是否可以在美國國內辦回美國的簽證呢。
我是F1簽證來美國，找到工作以後轉的H1，我想知道， 是否一定要回國辦簽證。可否辦多次往返的， 因為我以後可能要多次出差到中國。
