加拿大不承認外國學曆

在國內,歐洲甚至美國的碩士,博士到這裏都是"文盲", 到餐館涮盤子,到工廠開機器,到農場摘番茄,捉秋引.
我認識一個黑人姑娘, 在美國做看護PSW, 到加拿大資格不被承認,要重新去讀書取證書.
宏觀上加拿大不壞, 微觀上堪憂. 但對你我來說,隻是宏觀中的千萬分之一, 微觀上你是你的100%.
