So people should be prepared and ready to file to get these OAA FY2005 new numbers, either an original submission or a request for upgrade. Be sure to send to the right special-VSC address with correct fees and properly dated LCA. Also strongly suggest to use Fedex overnight service the day before in order to secure a number on the first day. It is expected be use up all numbers in just a few days.
