thanks a lot. but i still have one question---if i ask the company to transfer the H1 visa for me, when should i start to the new job? is it true that i have to start working after Oct. 1, since the H1 quoter has already been out for this year? or, i can start to work right away as long as the transfer request has been mailed out? looking forward to your reply...
