Receipt# online access

I got the receipt# SRCXXXXXXXXXX (I-797C, Notice of Action) from INS one week after I mailed the joint file with my hu*****and (Form I751) to move my conditional green card status.My conditional green card originally would expire this July, and I was noticed in the same letter from INS that I got one year extension.

Two weeks past, I found I can neither use the SRC# to check my status online nor with the customer Service telephone. Does anybody know how long will it take the SRC# to be put into the automated system? Or if sth wrong with the SRC#, whom shall I contact with? Or what I can do is to Wait?

Any advice is highly appreciated!
