急問485 Form的public assistance

485Form的Part3 Processing Information：
第二項：Have you receive public assistance in the United States.....
1.我兒子上學時申請的Free Lunch.(1st grade)
2.我兒子參加after school programm和summer Camp時申請的Finace Assistance.
1# is from the school.
2# is form the city.
are the two items belongs to public assistance?so I should choose "yes" to answer this question？if I choose "yes",does it have 影響 my green card application?
