visa to US, urgent question

We would like to invite my parents-in-law to the US. They are old and not in good health. Is it possible to let my sister-in-law (working, married with one daughter and hu*****and in China, 2 houses and some saving) accompany them here. Is it possible for the three to get visas? Thank you very much!
