I filed the LC about 1 1/2 ago in Texas, EB3. Laywer said it will take about another 2 years to get it processed. So that is a total of 3 1/2 just for labor. I had my H1B extended(beyond 6 year) two months ago by this laywer and he charged me $800. If I don't get LC in 2 years I will go home.
