I studied the 30 days validation rule and noticed there were some cases to refuse re-enter after a short visit to canada (www.immigration.com). According to the 30 validastion rule, as long as you have valid I-94 and return within 30 day no matter if you changed visa in the USA (not from torrist countries), you should be allowed to re-enter the USA without new visa. I will land Canada as an immigrant and return the USA in a week. I am H1 holder now (before i am in J1) and I-140 is approved. did anyone have experience to be refused to re-enter the USA? how the situation of visa stamping is toronto or Ottawa If refuse to re-enter? thanks
