I think DOL is doing this

purposely. I've been waiting for my LC for more than 2 years now. It's so painful.I had a discussion with my attoney (an experienced American) two months ago about the PERM, and he's not suggesting me to do the PERM. He said we should think about the reason why the government wants to do the PERM. Do they really want to give everyone a LC so quickly and easily, at the same time many Americans could not find job? My feeling is they are playing a game with us, but we don't have any choices.
Friend, calm down and be patient. I guess that's the price we should pay to live here.
