I asked similar question and would like to be more clear about it.
During 140 and 485 approval period,what exactly will be reviewed? My understanding is that 140 investigation tends to more towards the employer end(profitability, capability to pay agreed wage etc); and for 485, applicant information will be investigated, but is limited to things like crime record stuff. It looks to me that CIS will not really reocncile/review the resumes for all H-1B applications.
Please correct me if I am wrong!
