Domestic parter usually refers to guys or le*****ians, not for fiance.
If you are not guys or le*****ians, I will suggest you get married ASAP. If you are, I don't know much about how to prove your relationship. But at least in California, you can register in the state government, pay tax or buy insurance as domestic parter. These documents should prove your relationship.
