請問是應該拿到永久居民的簽證以後結婚還是之前也可以

我申請加拿大PR正準備結婚，然後老婆再申請，是不是最好拿到移民紙， 或者登陸以後再結婚， 這個時間對我老婆以後申請有影響嗎 謝謝
