E-feil both. When you efile, there is form you need to fill out online. There is a question asking about where you sent your I-485. You will not get through if there is mistake.
After you complete online filing, you need to call 1-800 CIS National Service Center (it will tell you online) to make an appointment with your local CIS. The representative will tell you where to go.
