Help! prevailing wage for H1

Sorry, I can not type Chinese from this computer.
Anyone knows, pls provide some information.
I plan to apply H1b soon (from non-profit Univeristy) and a prevailing wage request is needed. Is the prevailing wage system same for H1b and PERM?If the answer is"is", can I use the prevailing wage request from H1b for PERM process, so I can save time on PERM ?
