You two shold chose one of your homes as the resident home. The other should consider his(hers) as non-resident home.
File everything from the resident address for both.
In US, couple can't be seperated. If you two file seperately, you will get REF to verify your marriage is true.
I don't know how you two can file your cases to different Centers. Unless you both file as principle applicant for yourself only.
