issue here. Love or not love is the business between you and your wife.

You do not have obligation to file GC for her. She cannot bring any trouble to you for your immigration matter. But she certainly can be very harsh on divorce issue. But what do you want? You must ask yourself and give your own a clear answer. You want to help her for GC. then go ahead to file "follow to join" for her GC. If by doing this can avoid her to make trouble to you for divorce and that is what you try to get, then file GC for her. If you do not want to help her with GC, then do not do it. Or if in any case she will make your life miserable, do not do it. Please understand that you now have no problem with your GC. It is her whom needs your help for her immigration status. Divorce has nothing to do with your immigration status. What are you afraid of? But if you can help her to get GC, do it if you are willing to. Help a person is always better than harm one.
