there is no way to get an approval for I-485 in anywhere in the US. Four CIS servicce centers are all very slow on I-485. The fastest one our firm got for an approval for I-485 took exact one year. It was from Vermont Service Center - relatively the fastest processing center compare with other three.

Do not believe anyone says that to you here in the US that you pay more you are gauranteed to get what you want! No way.
