Only this # you can call for USCIS.

This # will automaticly transfer you to the regional center if it is necessary.

The USCIS I-485 new policy needs to have your biometrics for making your green card.
No passport stamp is needed anymore.

The director of ASC knew this policy. The staff there may not know. Even your lawyer may not know it.

If you haven't had your biometrics done for your I-485, just go directly to the ASC and ask the director to let you do it.
