Though NIW does not require someone else to sponser
you, USCIS often askes for employment letter confirming there is a permanent position for you. You need to talk to your boss to get one. You need to know permanent position does not mean your orgnization has to employ
you permanently. It just means the position is
permanent as long as the orgnization exists.
