OPT to F1?

With no certainity about when the 20000 H1's are going to begin filing
I am worried about my future status.

I recieved my mster degree in may 2004. I have been employed by a company and will be filing for my H1. But my OPt will expired in May 10th. How can I change my status from OPT to F1?
