Please talk to your boss to agree to the salary that PWR request. The PWR reqests your boss pay the salary at the time you receive the Greencard. As you receive the Greencard, please tell your boss to downgrade your title to another one, so that you could get paid as the real one at that time, or perhaps you move to a new company after your I485 is filed for 180 days while your I140 get approved.- Words from my attorney
