現在我在國內.如果I-485批準,我還能否持回美證回美國？

已經有了回美證，現在在中國，並且要呆在中國較長時間。所以，擔心在中國期間，I-485被批準了，那麽我的回美證是否還有效？還能否持回美證回到美國？
