Reply RFE to RFE address (and use RFE envelope if possible). But if there will be I-485 interview soon (soon means before RFE deadline) you can bring it then.
FP may be done in ASC by private business contractors, If it is your case officer doing the FP, you can sure give to him/her in person, but if not directly to your case officer, better mail it.
