Ph.D. student in Chemical Engineering, 15 publications and conference presentation, first author for half of them, one patent, committee member of two conferences, applied EB2 NIW by submitting I-140 and I-485 cocurrently on 3/10/05 through lawyer, I-140 approved 4/1/05, I-485 is pending.
