I had RFE for incomplete medical exam. When I finished the RFE, my FP result expired. My hu*****and did not have the RFE, so he got his 485 approved just before his FP result expired. My 485 was approved 6 months later. If your wife's FP is new, her case may be approved with yours at the same time. Good luck!
