Try Yaminig Gao at www.lawyergao.com. He will give you a free evaluation after you provide him with your basic information. I applied EB2 NIW through Lawyer Gao. My I-140 and I-485 were cocurrently submitted to VSC on 3/10/05. I-140 was approved on April 1.
