關於邀請父母來美邀請的I-134 表

我正在準備相關的材料，發現I-134表上是給美國公民或綠卡的人的(表格的第一項就是問是否是美國公民或綠卡，沒有其他選項）。如果我是H-1那麽是不是應該填這個表呢？
