You probably should have waited until you file OPT before you filed I485. Generally after you file I485, you are considered to have abandoned your nonimmigrant status (with the exception of H, L visa). Your status is now I485-pending.

You can still try to apply OPT and H1B, but you will be lucky if you get it.
