Then do whatever it tells you to do. Maybe the local you will do the stamping doesn't require an appointment. I went to the Memphis local office. Nobody can get into the office without the InfoPass appointment printout page. To find out, you can try to make an appointment first, enter your home zip code into the Appoinment Scheduler page, to see whether it shows up your local office, and you will know whether you can or need to make an appointment.
