Please help: Receipt!

submitted I-140/485 together three weeks ago, but have not received the receipts yet.
got the case number from the copy of cashed checks. checked status on line and it is said that the receipts have been sent out two weeks ago. however, i have not got them so far.
any suggestions? i am really in urgent need of the receipts. can i call the service center for this?
