Your parents have to show VO invitation and financial support to get visa. If you are not living in Canada, how can they explain their purpose of visiting Canada?
Applying in China is always easier than in US. But still tough if you are not living in Canada.
Check website of US embassy in Canada for the place where you apply a US visa.
