Thanks for the reply.

I didn't make myself clear before. I mean I will submit my current Driver License to get New Mexico Driver License. I do not intend to hold two driver licenses at the same time.

Is it still possible? I currently in NYC area, that is too far from New Mexico. I am just worried about that.
